Ulbrich is excited to announce its new Sales Leadership Program for promising, talented professionals seeking a career on the commercial side of business. Sales Associates will have an opportunity to fully engage in comprehensive training designed to equip them with the expertise and knowledge needed to sell Ulbrich products and capabilities. In addition to well-rounded commercial training, Commercial Development Associates will gain an understanding of all aspects of the Company by learning about operations, supply chain, finance, marketing, human resources and information technology. This challenging rotational opportunity allows participants to gain unique insight into Ulbrich’s business while advancing their leadership and management skills and abilities.
The Commercial Development Program Includes:

Commercial Development Associate Qualifications:
Majors: Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Political Science, Communications, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar
Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Relocation and Travel: Must be willing to relocate and travel as required by program
Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
