Work-Life Balance
At Ulbrich, we recognize the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Employees are offered a generous paid vacation plan, programs that encourage self-care, family and friend gatherings, and support from leadership, creating a positive work culture. The robust vacation plan includes up to 3 weeks paid vacation time for 1 through 7 years of service, 4 weeks for 8 through 15 years of service, and 5 weeks for 16 or more years of service.

Employees are eligible for a company-paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance benefit based on a multiple of their annual basic earnings.
