Ulbrich Solar Technologies, Incorporated (UST) is pleased to announce the launch of the new PVRibbon.com. The new website gives a detailed and comprehensive view of Ulbrich Solar's products and services. UST's product line used in the manufacture of solar modules includes photovoltaic ribbon for both crystalline silicon and thin film technologies. The new website offers customers extensive product information and datasheets for Solar Cell Tabbing, Bus Wire, Substrates and LCR™.

Ultralite Foil™ from Ulbrich is available in Stainless Steel, Nickel and Titanium Alloys in thicknesses as thin as a human hair.

High Temperature Bar Products were added to Ulbrich of California’s inventory program late last year to complement their extensive line of stainless and special metals strip, foil and wire products.

Ulbrich’s new and innovative Light-Capturing Ribbon (LCR) increases the efficiency of a solar module by reflecting light onto the surface of the cell. Light-Capturing Ribbon is able to recover up to 80% of the photocurrent from light that strikes the ribbon, compared to the mere 5% recovered by standard solar interconnect wire (pv ribbon).
